We really are doing it. We are moving to Mississippi from Texas. Parker's job is a lock and I think I finally have one, although the pay is lower than my current job, but its better than being without one.
We made the 7 hour trip from Tyler today. We are going tomorrow to look at apartments. Everyone else is asleep in the hotel room and I can't seem to go to sleep. It's only one and I usually don't go to bed until around 2....even though I woke up this morning before 7. Today, we drove around the Mississippi State campus...and waited in the hotel until Parker's parents drove in from Memphis and then went to dinner.
I had the best Ahi Tuna salad ever!
Parker has to go to Nashville for a conference for his new job, so I get to drive back and be by myself until Sunday. It's going to be weird. He was able to bring his air card along, so I am updating from the lobby.
While we were driving the World Cup Drawing were held today. We (Don't you love how when you root for a team...even though you don't play on the team...everyone always says We) are in a group with Slovakia, Algeria and England. I am saying that we won't beat England, but will be able to get out of group play in second place. I can't wait for this summer. July 12 -- it all begins....24/7 of the best soccer in the world. Oh, how I miss playing it.
Anyway, I better get back to the room.
